BECOME AN NFG FIREFIGHTER

Program Description

 

Our basic fire & safety training program is designed to train and certify you to become an NFG Level 1 Basic Structure Firefighter. This particular certification is exclusive to National Fire Prevention Agency.

Becoming an NFG FireFighter is an honor and means that you have become a certified National Fire Guard; and consists of national services that include: fire watch, basic fire suppression duties, wildfire assessments & preparation, public safety awareness & education, public safety management, hostile event response, AED - CPR service response, structure sweeps, basic equipment use and public training, building construction assessments, residential and commercial fire drills & safety plans, welfare checks, and much more.  

 

Credentials in Detail

 

After successfully completing the NFG L1 fire fighting program, you will receive the NFG L1 Basic Firefighter Certificate of Completion.

 

At the end of the class, the National Fire Prevention Agency Commission on Fire Protection Basic Fire Suppression certification exam is administered. If you succeed, you will become a certified NFG FireFighter.
